We’ve absolutely loved building Confinement Hamilton from the ground up, but life has taken us in new directions, and it’s time for us to pass the torch. Leighton has moved across the world, gotten married, built a home, and is now keeping up with a lively one-year-old. Alanah and her husband are living the lifestyle block dream in the Waikato countryside, keeping busy with wrangling Highland cows, and learning firsthand just how fast a two-year-old can run!

That’s why we’re looking for someone amazing to take over Confinement Hamilton.

While life led us to pause those plans, an exciting opportunity arose when discussions started with an enthusiastic young lady to establish a branch in Taupo! To make this happen, we supported the creation of Confinement Taupo as an independent branch, led by its new owners. Confinement NZ was established as a central hub to provide resources, share branding, and offer support for both locations.

For the past four years, we've successfully supported Confinement Taupo through its journey, navigating even the toughest challenges. Meanwhile, we’ve continued to manage Confinement Hamilton with the same passion and dedication.

As life now pulls us away from full-time business management at Confinement Hamilton, we remain deeply passionate about escape rooms and events.
